In 2016, our company undertook the pile foundation-rock-socketed pile construction project, which is the largest in the world and my country’s first "3.4 MW large tidal current generating unit assembly platform", which is located in the Zhoushan Islands-Xiushan Island area. Our company used a full hydraulic rotary drilling rig to successfully complete the rock-socketed pile project including Φ1300mm, slope 5:1, and rock-socketed inclined piles with a depth of 8.0m. The engineering geology is full bare rock, medium-slightly weathered granite porphyry: the saturated uniaxial compressive strength is between 84.6 and 147.9Mpa. How to solve whether the steel tube bottom of all pile foundations of the "assembly platform" can enter the medium-light weathered bare rock layer for about 0.5m~1.0m (as the outer tube of the pile foundation rock-socketed pile, ensure that the drilling rig is formed and the hole bottom is clear The key to slag compliance, correct installation of steel cages, and smooth concrete pouring) is the construction technology and construction process (including the selection and innovation of drilling rig bits and supporting construction tools) that the project must solve. Therefore, the completion of this project fully reflects the fruitful results that our company has obtained in recent years in the field of exploration, research, investment, and practice in the construction of various "hydraulic building pile foundations and rock-socketed piles" that utilize the ocean and develop marine resources. It also reflects the advanced construction technology and construction technology accumulated by our company in various pile foundation projects under the complex sea conditions and the harsh natural conditions of the deep sea bare rock area.
